Server Template Creation and Installation #402

Describe the feature and why you would like to see it.

Adding the ability to create server templates and pre-build servers would make it easier for users to get their servers up and running quickly.

Describe the solution you'd like.

Add an option in the server settings panel that allows users to create and save server templates. Also, add an option in the main dashboard to install pre-built servers from a template URL in zip file.

I think all that we would need is the ability to import databases with the mod manager. Server "templates" can be installed with a script.

With that said I think a full rework of the mods and plugins section is needed to keep up with custom solutions. perhaps a Server presets section could be added too.
