Mod organizer for Garry's Mod

Describe the feature and why you would like to see it.

I would like to see a mod organizer tool where you can either change the id and it would change the sort order by number

or

Do a draggable for each mod in the manager so we don't have to recreate the mods to make it look organized

This should be for the mod manager in general. It's hard to make them look nice.
