1 month ago This feature is on our radar, it should be noted SFTP access will likely still be restricted during backup creation since there isn't much of a way around that without fully sacrificing data integrity on backups. We'll be-able to fully confirm this once the feature is implemented 🎉
Describe the feature and why you would like to see it.
Currently you have to stop the server in order to create a backup, this is done so files don’t get corrupted, but in some cases it is preferred so an option to override it would be great.
Describe the solution you'd like.
Some kind of toggle to allow overriding it, so by default it will still stop the server but if you need it you can toggle it to it’ll backup regardless of the server status.
