Feature: Portrait Replacer

1. Read all images in all mods that are square (vanilla portraits are 128x128 but don't trust mods).
   • Add option to manually choose an image.
2. Let user pick a portrait to replace another with.
3. Like the Tips Deleter, save that and automatically apply it to all versions of the mod, present and future.

Add option to replace with a random male or random female vanilla portrait. Include bulk actions.
