Button to add a Program doesn't work on 1.3.3

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Update Souliss App to the lastest version 1.3.3
2.Go to Programs and push the "+" button
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Don't open nothing.

Note: I use the app with Spanish Language.
Other users have the same issue.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

updated to V1.3.3.b, still not working.
Tested on Android V2.3.6 (too old, I know) and 4.2.2

Tested on gingerbread, it works.
I don't have the tablet here, later i will test it on kitkat

Tested on JellyBean now, it works too.

OffTopic: Surprised with the refresh speed across devices, i think that need to 
next update/sincronization (based on background service), but if I do any 
change with one device, inmediately shows it in the other. IE: a program turn 
ON a light from the tablet, and the cell show the change inmediately (i think 
this should be reflected each X minutes, when arrive at the next background 
service time).
