Souliss App program step failure

What steps will reproduce the problem?

If we have for example afternoon 3 o clock (15:00) and i try to add a program 
step with start at tomorrow moring 8 o clock (08:00) then this step is executed 
at the next sync. cycle of the app.

Same happens with Android 2.3.3 or 4.1.1.

What version of the app and framework are you using?
app: 1.2.9  souliss framework: 6.0.1 (0c11ef0191f7)
