RGB Issues

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try Music on the RGB Arduino code
2. Turn off and on
3. Turn brilliance up and down

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

In the case of music, Not affected by music, Kills the Arduino - a reboot will 
not bring it back.
On Turning on and off, brilliance levels not maintained and centre of colour 
wheel goes black on power up - should go black on power off and return to 
colour on power up
On brilliance, colours not maintained properly - and lost on power cycle

What version of the app and framework are you using?

Please provide any additional information below, and use Label "App" if you
believe this is an App problem.

T16 code has been reviewed and will fix some of the reported issue.
should go black on power off and return to colour on power up -  SOLVED

but 

On Turning on and off, brilliance levels not maintained

are framework issues

Fix in 4b9b4613f345, the bright is now consistent after an ON-OFF cycle.
