I need to talk with support but I haven't received any response from this email help@wit.ai

Hello, It is not my email, is an email used by the company's teams. It was deleted with its app, and we don't know why. I tried to send message to help@wit.ai to get some information, but they doens't answer me. I can't share in this chat confidential informations.

We wanted to update you that we have fixed issues with us receiving the emails that are sent. Unfortunately we cannot recover the emails that were sent during a short period of time. If you don't mind, can you send your request to the email and we will act on them as quickly as possible.
