Wit.ai not working. Unable to "continue with facebook" (does nothing), or "Sign Up". Nothing works.

I want to sign up to use the API, however I can't get past the home screen. No link works. Tried multiple browsers on two machines.

We need more information for debugging. What is your facebook username? What is the AppId of the app you want to work with?

ChrisyShine commented 1 year ago

Can you try the login again? It may be a transient issue.

I am having this issue too. 3:43 amSunday, 29 January 2023 Greenwich Mean Time (GMT). The "processing request" after clicking the continue with facebook button off the wit.ai page never completes. I dunno about the AppID as such. I do know that URLS of this form can execute my app https://api.wit.ai/message?v=20221008 so maybe 20221008 is my app id My Face book is https://www.facebook.com/ttguy/ Browser in use was chrome on Linux.

I decided to test this on a windows box and in Edge and in Chrome I was able to conect to the https://wit.ai/apps page. When running from this box I was not alreay conected to face book and I was prompted for facebook account ID and password and then I arrived at the apps page. I then logged out of the Wit.ai account and went back to my linux box. And then back on that in Chrome I was able to connect to the https://wit.ai/apps page.
So it may have just been the old - restart the PC trick that fixed this.

I am having the same issue. The page will be aw, snap. This issue is caused by Chrome's override software rendering list (#ignore-gpu-blocklist) flag, at least on Chrome 112.0.5615.165 (Official Build) (64-bit), openSUSE Tumbleweed, Wayland.

I tested with Chrome 112, 114, and Firefox (Flatpak). All can access https://wit.ai/apps without issue.

EDIT: I am on Chrome Stable 113 today, this issue occurs without Chrome's override software rendering list (#ignore-gpu-blocklist) flag.
