Can't validate or delete an utterance #2699

What is the current behavior? I tried to edit the utterance intent (but an error appeared) or delete that utterance (but nothing occurred) the used utterance "القائمة الرئيسية"

What is the expected behavior? Enable me to edit the utterance intent, and delete it if needed
