Intent not being returned from utterance (either API or UI) #2714

What is the current behavior? When provided an utterance either in the UI or via the API, an intent is not returned where previously it was.

If the current behavior is a bug, please provide the steps to reproduce and if possible a minimal demo of the problem. Type in the utterance "Yes I can do a that now", and observe that no intent is detected despite previously this working, and there be significant training data available.

What is the expected behavior? An intent is returned as expected.

If applicable, what is the App ID where you are experiencing this issue? If you do not provide this, we cannot help. AppID = 2698831786871989

Was this fixed? I have the same problem. My App ID is: 1583256289130793
