Wit.AI TTS and Voice Commands not returning responses #2743

Wit TTS is not returning full responses as it normally does (even when using the TTS_SpeechSplitter script provided in Meta Voice SDK, the service only speaks out 1 full sentence or doesn't at all). Sometimes there is a groaning sound for 10-20s, and then the sentence is spoken.

Additionally, I cannot open the Voice Hub or Understanding Viewer in Unity. This is the error:
