[FEATURE] Fire Proof Effect

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. While there is only one real instance of it in PC equipable gear, the Wyvern Shield [A Professional's Tools], it could be applied to homebrew items, especially as the Corebook makes reference to Draconid Leather Armor in the Wyvern stat block.

Describe the solution you'd like The option for Fireproof instead of just Fire Resistance. Where Resistance takes half damage from Fire, Fireproof should take none.

Additional context While this could be applied for all Effects, there isn't currently any other precedent for it I can think of at this time.

EDIT: Ashen Ointment also gives the user Fire Immunity.

• Damage Resistance: Halfs Damage
• Status Effect Resistance: Half Damage from effect
• Status Effect Immunity: Cannot have effect (Ashen Ointment just does this)
• (Elemental) Proof: No Reliability Damage from attacks with (element)
