There aren't many, but there are a few weapons with the Parrying Effect which should negate the -3 Penalty to Parrying. The Parrying Dagger, Viper Fangs, and Manticore Shield all have this effect. It would be easier if there was a check box along with Ablation and Armor Piercing, rather than having to create a Global Modifier and attach it to the item.
