Enable UI zoom #34

I'd like to allow users to zoom in and out of the UI in able to be more precise with smaller elements:

scrolling on the interface pane should zoom in or out based on the direction
shouldn't be able to zoom out beyond fullscreen
shouldn't be able to zoom in beyond a certain max
