It works

• with a php script (/cgi/upload.php)
• on my localhost (not on the remote server)

The php script

• uploads files
• calls meTypeset
• generates JSON from NLM

uploading to server was fixed next step is the multiple file uploading. and writing a metypeset bug repport to martin.

the server side script still doesn't work. multiple uploading is supported by default. there is no metypeset bug I found.

  • replaced with jquery-file-upload plugin
  • configured path etc. in php upload script given by default

  • htaccess permission to delete file
