added metadata and project file output to omp.py, added project template loading from path specified in settings.json. Changed name of settings settings.example.json and updated README.md

Project template wird nur über settings.json konfiguriert und noch nicht über Kommandozeile. Habe das mit dem Parameter in docopt noch nicht hingekriegt, dass das parsing in heimpt und omp import funktioniert.
