Implementing changes to the Output statements that TA recommended

Changes

ElevatorMonitor: toString method
ElevatorMonitor: currentFloor = 1, changed spacing, javadocs
MessageTransfer: improved print statements
Elevator: improved movement + changed serviceDirection output statements
ApproachEvent: added "Elevator " + elevatorNumber to toString() method

Yeah, it looks good. One thing I believe could improve the readability is formatting the Approach Event and Monitors similar to the elevator status' to show what each entry represents.

I think that we should be looking at the output more when we have finished everything that is required for this iteration. This seems to be a constant issue that we have every iteration.
