View And Presenter for MVP Design Pattern

This introduces the basic display for the elevators. Please see the Google Doc for details.

See #200 for what the view looks like, #203 for more info on the MVP design pattern.

Used an MPV for loose coupling between View and Model: Presenter pushes Model changes to View, and vice-versa
Added Presenter: updates the ElevatorViewContainer with information from the Model.
Added ElevatorView: displays information for an Elevator
Added ElevatorViewContainer: contains and displays a list of ElevatorViews. It provides methods to access them.

Instantiate with initial number of elevators?
ElevatorView: initialize with ElevatorMonitors (which have default state) or with just elevatorNumber
