[x] Show correct parameter types in signature help and param hover
[x] Fix incorrect signature help for OutputGroupInfo
[x] Correct types for builtin provider fields (instead of always using Unknown)
[x] Handle providers under modules, e.g. config_common.FeatureFlagInfo
[ ] Overrides for missing providers (will do as follow up)
[x] Tests
