Update mix.ts #2285

I tried running the --modules command as suggest and received the following message:

mix new meow --modules Meow ** (Mix) Could not invoke task "new": 1 error found! --modules : Unknown option. Did you mean --module?

When I used --module it worked properly. I am new to using mix and elixir, so I am not sure if this was a typo when it was first created?
