Workflow tutorial is reseted after changing the username

Please include a detailed description of the issue (and an image or screen recording, if applicable)

After changing the username and accessing the workflow tab, the tutorial process is restarted, and we have to create the new "first" workflow again.

Also, it would be great if it could automatically update all the alias that references to the old username.

Reproduction:

• Change username -> Navigate to Workflow tab -> Monitor result

Same for me, although fig run shows me the workflows.

Creating a new workflow to get to the next view/screen is not working anymore.
