How did you launch the jetbrain IDE? Also can you include output of fig diagnostics from within the IDE's terminal?

Not the original poster but seeing the same issue. Fig diagnostics above and I launched my IDE firstly through the command line then I killed it and launched using the application. For context I started seeing this after upgrading to webstorm 2023.1.3.

I get the same error when in vscode only. The normal terminal works totally fine.

I don't believe this issue should be closed or else I would have to just make a duplicate issues.
