I dont use aws. so creating an account for terminal auto complete seems overkill

need aws builder id for login -> https://profile.aws.amazon.com/#/profile/details

@mostafa6765 is correct. You'll need to create a Amazon Builder ID, which is just an email sign in. You can do this via the CodeWhisperer for command line application which you can download here.
