CSS scale transforms mostly work to provide a zoom capability, but the lines are drawn assuming an 80px node ...

x/y coords of lines are off as well, when scaled. Also, dragging makes nodes and lines jump away from cursor.. (see issue #38)

If you want to experiment with zooming, use ml-lodlive-ng#0.1.2, and add zooming="true" to the directive..
