Flutter 3.0 has been released on the stable channel. Since this is a major upgrade which may introduce breaking changes, migrating to this version should be done carefully and within a dedicated issue.
Dart 2.17 is only a minor release, but should be kept in sync since this version is incorporated by Flutter 3.0.
