Touchscreen calibration and coordinates updated

• Updated calibration to new syntax
• Fixed touch coordinates to match pixels
• Changed software rotation to hardware rotation

Since the touchscreen is not very precise, I recommend calibrating it as described on esphome.io and changing the values accordingly.
