LOVE IT. We might need to use an external tool for it, but that's ok.
We could use RUBE(https://www.iforce2d.net/rube/ - $30 for a license) or we could use Physics Body Editor(http://www.aurelienribon.com/blog/projects/physics-body-editor/ - Free)
RUBE is more powerful than Physics Body Editor in general, but i think PBE is tool to use for this as its purpose built for libgdx
