Remove unused dependencies #1769

We should assess which dependencies are not used in Sheikah or don't add any value and remove them. For instance: vue-styleguidist.

There are some! But we should also remove packages, if there are any, that we are utilizing for a non-used feature.

Already removed with the upgrade to vue 3
