Update library to be compliant with new vrf draft

Update the VRF library in order to be compliant with the new draft of the VRF draft.

• [x] Asses changes in draft
• [x] Change input for nonce generation (use of hash of h_string)
• [x] Modify test vectors (and check them against the draft)
