Upgrade @celo/contractkit dependency #79

Latest @celo/contractkit version is 8.3.0 and we are using 2.0.0 which is deprecated. When we install the dependencies we see the following warning:

WARN  deprecated @celo/contractkit@2.0.0: Versions less than 5.1 are deprecated and will no longer be able to submit transactions to celo in a future hardfork
