Re-deploy on Ten Testnet

Redeploying on Ten testnet is needed because they rebooted their testnet and we don't know if the EVM storage is all wiped out.

As a result of working on this, we may find that:

• Nothing is needed
• Challenges may arise (if they changed something substantial)
• We just need to redeploy
