Might be of use... demonstrates the 403/forbidden and cancel support added in separate PR.

If I understand the word "sloppy" correctly, I cannot merge this :) Also, it is based on code which is not merged yet, and maybe it won't be merged like this. Once I figure out the "403 case" I will look at this again. Thanks.

Absolutely -- wasn't meant to be merged, just a demo (for you) of how the other PR could be used. I guess I should have just linked to my fork, but it didn't occur to me.
