• 检查是否越界，采用rangeCheck
• 删除随意一个长度的元素，采用arraycopy。
• 习惯上，对于不用的元素，要及时复制null，当执行gc的时候回收

• 对oldCapacity进行扩容，判断minCapacity和newCapacity关系。
• 最后调用Arrays.copyOf来复制固定大小的数组。
