What's changing

Updated specta git submodule to specta 2.0.0 to resolve https://github.com/wix/DetoxSync/issues/26

Testing

Ran xcodebuild test -project DetoxSync.xcodeproj -scheme DetoxSyncTests -destination 'platform=iOS Simulator,name=iPhone 13' (iOS 15) locally and confirmed tests passed
Ran DetoxSync target tests locally in Xcode on iPhone 13 Simulator (iOS 15) and confirmed tests pass
Ran Specta-iOS target tests locally in Xcode on iPhone 13 (iOS 15) & iPhone 8 (iOS 12.2) Simulators and confirmed tests pass
