Update the /deviation/edit/{deviationid} endpoint with the AI Usage Opt Out setting #208

I would like to be able to switch on / off the AI Usage Opt Out setting using the api.

Any hope of this ever getting extended? unlikely. There's a dozen other updates that need done too and since the API isn't open sourced there isn't much contributing that can be done. RIP
