[1][corvid-types][Deprecate Codemodel] Extract components events handlers to JSON under dist folder

Takes all the components events handlers and extracts them into a JSON file under the dist directory.

• Uses the typescript compiler API to read the declarations.d.ts file.
• Identifies which function is an event handlers with the @eventType JSDoc Tag
• Builds a JSON representation of each handler
