Show keyboard at first (Auto focus text input title) #172

Hi,

It's really strange that for everyone who has reported issue, shows keyboard at first whenever view is loaded and markdown is rendered. I'm using everything as default, but the keyboard does not appear as soon as markdown is rendered.
