Import Cost extension causing time waste on save / eslint / import #323

As the title says, the extension causes auto saves / format with eslint / or import suggeston to take several seconds.

Just found this causing major slowdowns for me as well. Identified it using Extension Bisect. Very marked difference when it is enabled/disabled.
