Upgrade react-native to 0.72.0 #7738

[x] Update Android's native side
[x] Add Android 72 flavour
[x] Update Android playground app
[x] Update iOS' native side
[x] Update iOS playground app
[x] Bump Reanimated (works only with v3.3.0 and RN 0.72) and update outdated code
[x] Bump UI Lib (adds support to Reanimated V3)
[x] Fix type issues after upgrade
[x] Update RN version to 0.72.0 after it releases (atm 0.72.0-rc.6)
[ ] Check tests (Detox + Jest)
[ ] Check autolinking
[ ] Update docs
