Tap on push notification but application does not launch [android 12]

Version 4.2.4
When app is background or killed, tapping on a push notification, the app does not lauch. It just happens on Android 12 Please have a look.

Oh, when i changed targetSdkVersion = 30, it works

same, and we are not able to downgrade targetSdkVersion
