Collection change not supported error #487

I created a new error in our domain for CollectionChangeNotSupported. At the moment, the implementation is only for MySQL and Postgres

@Idokah Regarding the response of the e2e tests, it will be in the next PR, which translates the error from our domain to Wix's domain.
