Firewall exception support for "File and Printer Sharing" #1621

The new compiler extensions and CAs for the Windows builtin firewall should also allow to create firewall exceptions for the builtin services that are identified by the NET_FW_SERVICE_TYPE enumerated type, such as "File and Printer Sharing", "UPNP" and "Remote Desktop".
