ShellNew entries not created for unadvertised Class elements #2460

Class elements with advertised="yes" with child progIds that have child extensions associated create HKCR.\ShellNew entries in the registry when installed.

However, the same class definition with advertised="no" does not create these entries in the registry table and they have to be added explicitly. I would expect advertised="no" to produce more or less the same entries that advertised="yes" produces as the end result.
