Heat incorrectly harvests web project binaries #2739

Heat harvests web project binaries and places them in the INSTALLLOCATION directory. This is incorrect for web projects as they need to be placed into INSTALLLOCATION\bin. It would be great if heat could be updated to address this. I have an interim workaround\hack for this - http://www.neovolve.com/post/2010/06/22/WiX-Heat-extension-to-deploy-web-projects-to-the-bin-directory.aspx.
