Heat should be able to generate Directory ID's with hierarch #2898

I would like to see an option for Heat to generate Directory ID's like this: 'ParentDir3_ParentDir2_ParentDir1_Redistributables' instead of 'Redistributables_1' for example. I know there is a limit on the length of Directory ID's but maybe there is a way to implement this anyway? It would heated ID's more descriptive, thus preventing later problems.

Exactly the same applies to components.
