IIS: make 'Enable Default Document' configurable #2917

Please provide a way to configure the IIS "Enable Default Document" setting for a virtual directory. For example, <iis:WebDirProperties EnableDefaultDocument="yes" ... />

This might be related to tracker ID 1076267 as the MD_DIRBROW_LOADDEFAULT and MD_DIRBROW_ENABLED bits are both found in the MD_DIRECTORY_BROWSING metabase property.
