Votive causes VS 2012 code analysis and Workflow toolbox to malfunction #3781

This issue is similar to https://sourceforge.net/p/wix/bugs/3088/.

I have found a couple of places where Votive seems to break VS 2012 functionality. If a setup project is loaded in a solution, code analysis does not work and the Workflow toolbox doesn't show activities from projects in the solution.

I've also reported this to MS in case it's not a Wix problem. (https://connect.microsoft.com/VisualStudio/feedback/details/761508/configure-code-analysis-for-solution-broken-when-wix-project-is-loaded)
