Problem with compliance with Section 508 Amendment to the Rehabilitation Act #3998

There are two areas where WIX is non-compliant. The opening dialog text which is superimposed over a graphic and the text in the top bar on most pages of the install wizard. To view an example of this in Windows 7 change to a High Contrast theme and run a WIX created install.
