WiX hangs on save project VS2015 #5613

If this issue is a bug:

Which version of WiX are you building with? 3.11 Setup Project Wix v3
Which version of Visual Studio are you building with (if any)? 2015 enterprise D14REL and 2015 Community edition on different computer
Which version of the WiX Toolset Visual Studio Extension are you building with (if any)? 2015
Which version of .NET are you building with? 4.5.2
Describe the problem and the steps to reproduce it.

It hangs, not responding, on Save Project!!!!, need to end VS task with task manager

note: Tested all on VS2017 and WiX extension for 2017 no problem

Workaround: Turn on autosave.
